How does per-agent pricing work?
You pay for full agents who handle tickets. Light collaborators — people who only leave internal notes or get @-mentioned — are free. There is no per-ticket surcharge and no charge for the end users who contact you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan is free for 14 days with no card required. You can import your data and run Cherryrise alongside your current tool during the trial.
Can I change plans or seat counts later?
Any time. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Seats scale up and down as your team changes.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything — tickets, contacts, attachments and reports — as JSON or CSV at any time. After cancellation we retain data for 30 days so you can change your mind, then delete it.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves 20%. We also offer discounts for early-stage startups and registered nonprofits — reach out and we’ll sort it out.
